Publish Date 2023-10-28
Zhaoqing FengXiang Food Machinery Co., Ltd. has explored and developed a series of vegetable and fruit processing equipment such as washing-cutting-dehydration-drying, which can be matched according to the processed products, automatic production, labor-saving and easy to operate.

Our company has developed a basket-type vegetable dehydrator and a fully automatic continuous dehydrator, which meet the processing standards by reducing the surface moisture content. In addition, it can also prolong the fresh-keeping time of vegetables, which is more conducive to transportation.

1). Working principle:
Using centrifugal force, the motor drives the dehydration bucket when it rotates at high speed. Under the action of centrifugal force, the water is thrown out and collected, and then discharged from the drain.
2). Equipment function:
PLC control panel, the letters and graphic display on the operation panel can be set to Chinese or English at any time, the man-machine interface is intuitive and easy to operate.
The fuselage adopts SUS304 stainless steel sandblasting process, which is environmentally friendly, hygienic and wear-resistant;
The speed of the equipment is adjustable, and it can also be controlled by frequency conversion, and the running speed is stable;
The machine is equipped with a controller, which can set the dehydration time and dehydration speed according to the demand.
