The so-called closed-loop drying means that the object to be dried is sealed in an insulated and airtight board room, and the water vapor is condensed on the cold plate and discharged from the board room through a closed air circulation to achieve the purpose of dehumidification and drying. Because water vapor and hot air are not discharged, energy is not lost, the efficiency is high, and the energy consumption is low. The dehydration efficiency can reach more than 3.5 kg/kWh, which is several times the efficiency of open-loop drying (dehydration efficiency 1.2 kg/kWh), and is not affected by ambient temperature and humidity.
