The FC-301D multi-function dual-head vegetable cutter features dual frequency control. One head is for cutting leafy vegetables such as scallions, garlic sprouts, leeks, celery, and cabbage, while the other head is for cutting bulbs and tubers such as radishes, potatoes, sweet potatoes, taro, bamboo shoots, onions, eggplant, apples, and ginger. It can slice a wide range of fruits and vegetables (customizable thickness), shred (customizable thickness), cut into sections and strips (adjustable length), and dice (customizable size).

The conveyor belt speed and blade speed for leafy vegetables are independently controlled by a frequency converter.

This versatile machine offers powerful functionality and high throughput, with easy replacement of the blade and conveyor belt, simple operation, and convenient cleaning. It is suitable for food processing plants, restaurants, canteens, and food distribution centers.
