The FC-312 can slice, shred, or dice root vegetables such as potatoes, yams, sweet potatoes, melons, bamboo shoots, onions, and eggplant all at once (requires replacement unit). It can also be used to cut potato chips. It's suitable for the catering industry or food processing plants.

The resulting products vary in size but maintain the same thickness, allowing you to select the appropriate inlet.
